The book "Wonder" puts a different spin on the typical Vampire book. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the term "emovamp" did not mean a vampire who dressed like an emo. I am not going to ruin the book here, so you will have to read it to find out more. This is a great book. Character and scene descriptions were written very well. The main character Daniela, is a young woman who is struggling to find her place in the world. She has bad luck and is quite the klutz. I find that to be an endearing quality in a main character as most authors try to make their main character perfect. The ending of the book also surprised me. I really liked how it showed that the "too easy" ending was exactly that "too easy" and finished by going in a different direction. This book definitely left me wanting more. I couldn't seem to put it down once I started it. I can't wait until the next book!! Great read, this is one you won't want to miss outon!!
